Shipping Process
Shipping is handled as an insured consignment directly from the Sioux central warehouse. Domestic deliveries are made by our logistics partner DHL from Monday to Saturday, and international deliveries are made via DHL's respective national network partners.

Returns are possible within the withdrawal period (14 days) after delivery. It is not important that the goods arrive at our premises within 14 days, but that you have dispatched them within this period.
